We are seeking 2 self-motivated, engaging individuals to take on the roles of an APS 5 and 6 SharePoint Administrator. Our Federal Government client has a Branch dedicated to the provision and support of online applications to a network of health providers across the country (metropolitan and regional), which enables innovation, online collaboration, information sharing and networking across the health community.
In this a multifaceted position, you will be involved in key COVID-19 related projects. Utilising your coordination and SharePoint skills, you will manage and create the Branch, Community, and External sites and will develop concepts to improve the 'look and feel', develop and update content, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, drive improvement to the sites to make them more functional and user friendly.
Working with a fantastic team and a vibrant, supportive Manager, you will have the opportunity to add value and drive positive change, which will enable external providers to collaborate effectively. Starting off as a non-ongoing APS staff you will be given the opportunity to become permanent when the time is right.
Ideally you have sound experience in a SharePoint capacity, good Excel skills and are known as the jack of all trades. You love brainstorming and coming up with new ideas with other team members, and you deliver on tasks and promises. Confident communication skills, a mature attitude and a willingness to learn and develop will be your keys to success.
