Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for a Level 2/3 Support Officer to join their company.
You will play a vital role in delivering Level 2-3 IT services to customers, and work towards ensuring exceptional delivery standards are maintained.
Provide technical support (2nd / 3rd level) to end user clients
Provisioning of new systems and customer builds.
Support, maintenance and administration of existing systems (BAU and emergency support).
Contribute to the organisation's technical projects.
Customer service, reporting, knowledge base contribution, technical documentation, service improvement and procedural work.
Key Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience providing Level 2-3 Support
Proven experience with IT administration within a Microsoft Windows environment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Proven ability to work in teams in order to solve problems and deliver quality outcomes.
Proven ability to manage technical and personal information in order to efficiently complete work.
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, preferably through an IT Service Desk or Help Desk.
Must be an Australian Citizen due to client requirements
Laptop + paid internet + paid mobile phone plan
Office based on CBD fringe with 2 days WFH
