The Client: We are proud to be working with a well established company in the resources/mining sector. Their strength lies in their strong track record of providing control/fleet management solutions to their clients.
Currently they are looking for a Product Manager to lead their product team. Within this role, you will be responsible for full product lifecycle management and new product development strategy.
Deliver new products from concept to product release including budget and milestones
Contribute to the Software Product Roadmap driven by customer, internal team, and public domain research
Ensure deliverables are met on time and budget by working with Program and R&D managers
Scope new software products including comparisons with existing competitor products and linked to industry use cases
Actively participate in new product development projects
Form and maintain relationships with sales and technical teams globally
Skills and Experience:
Five + years' experience as a Product Manager of enterprise level software solutions preferably for the mining or manufacturing sector
Working knowledge of market conditions and emerging trends in both business processes and technologies for the mining industry
Ability to clearly and effectively lead through collaboration and influence the introduction of new products from concept to lifecycle
Excellent communication skills and the ability to be able to effectively interact with all stakeholders both internal and external
