Our client based in the South West Region of Victoria is looking for a Change Manager to work on a project for the replacement of a legacy billing system. You will be responsible for ensuring project change initiatives meet objectives through increasing employee and community adoption. This role is based in regional Victoria, however there is plenty of flexibility to work remotely.
Lead change management activities.
Apply a structured methodology for change.
Contribute to a change management strategy to support adoption of the project.
Complete change management assessments.
Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness
Support the design and delivery of training programs.
Skills and Knowledge:
Experience in the leadership and management of change management
Experience in the development and adaptation of change management methods, procedures and processes.
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
