Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator who:

• Possesses extensive experience with Salesforce administration, including user management, role assignments, and permissions.

• Demonstrates proficiency in customising Salesforce features, including objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows, to meet business needs.

• Has a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices for data management and security, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

• Has strong analytical/technical problem-solving skills

• Administer the Salesforce system by managing user access, roles, and permissions; configuring objects, fields, and workflows; and ensuring data integrity through regular audits and updates.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for Salesforce customisation and enhancements, ensuring the system meets the needs of the organisation.

• Create complex reports and dashboards within Salesforce to track key business metrics and provide actionable insights.

• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices for efficient and scalable Salesforce development.
• Manage sandboxes, including creation, refresh, and access management and conduct regular system audits and monitor platform performance.

• Develop and implement reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.

• Provide training and ongoing support to Salesforce users across the organisation, ensuring optimal use of Salesforce features and can effectively utilise the systems.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce functionality.

• Coordinate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to leverage new capabilities that benefit the organisation.

• Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, customisations, and processes related to Salesforce management.

• Demonstrates proficiency in customising Salesforce features, including objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows, to meet business needs.

• Experience is Salesforce administration, including Sales, Service, CRM Analytics, Maps, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud.

• Hands-on experience in managing Salesforce related CI/CD processes.

• Salesforce product knowledge, and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security.

• Excellent communications and negotiation skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and proficiency in aligning multiple stakeholders for effective collaboration.
