ICT Contracts Officer

ICT Contracts Officer - 4‑month contract - Bankstown (Onsite)

Join a collaborative Council team where your expertise in ICT contracts will directly support critical technology services. You'll work with engaged stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and help deliver value for money across ICT procurement. This role offers structured hours, a supportive environment, and the chance to influence Council's ICT strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain contract management frameworks, templates and processes
• Review and analyse ICT contracts for compliance and performance
• Monitor milestones, risks and service delivery outcomes
• Administer renewals, variations and terminations
• Build strong vendor and stakeholder relationships

Must have

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, Procurement or related discipline
• Demonstrated ICT contract management experience
• Knowledge of contract law, procurement principles and vendor management
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice to have

• Public sector experience in a technology environment
• Project management qualifications or experience
• Financial analysis capability
• Negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
