Are you an experienced AWS Solutions Architect who thrives on solving complex enterprise challenges and shaping the future of large-scale digital platforms?
We're seeking a highly capable architect to join a nationally significant program responsible for the ongoing evolution of critical business registry services. Working within a collaborative technology team, you'll drive the design and delivery of secure, scalable and resilient cloud solutions that support millions of users across Australia
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Solutions Architect, you'll provide technical leadership across cloud architecture initiatives, guiding teams through the design, governance and implementation of modern AWS-based solutions.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and senior leaders to create architecture outcomes that are secure, scalable, cost-effective and aligned with enterprise standards.
You Will:
Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions on AWS using serverless & microservice architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end architecture solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with AWS best practices.
Ability to present to executive audiences to resolve solution options.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and operations teams.
Author technical architecture deliverables and lead work through to endorsement.
Design end-to-end cloud solutions and application architectures.
Provide architecture direction for AWS services such as:
Lambda,
ECS/Fargate,
API Gateway,
Aurora,
EventBridge,
EC2,
Kinesis and related cloud services.
Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies and patterns.
Experience delivering structured knowledge transfer and capability uplift to teams through hands-on demonstrations, on-the-job training, and targeted one on one mentoring or buddy arrangements
