We are seeking multiple experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineers to support a large-scale Windows 11 modernisation and endpoint management program within a Federal Government environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for infrastructure professionals with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, application packaging, endpoint management, and modern workplace technologies to contribute to a significant desktop transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities :

• Package, test and deploy applications using Microsoft Intune (Win32 and MSIX).
• Configure and administer Intune device management and endpoint configuration policies.
• Review SCCM/MECM operating system deployment task sequences and enhance Windows Autopilot automation processes.
• Implement and support application control, endpoint security controls and SOE compliance requirements.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate deployment, configuration and operational support activities.
• Produce technical documentation, knowledge articles, support procedures and implementation guides.
• Provide Level 3 technical support for SOE, application packaging and endpoint management services.
• Working understanding of Entra ID, Entra Kerberos authentication, Active Directory and Configuration Profiles from hybrid and cloud device perspective, with on-premises accessed resources.
• Endpoint security, compliance and desktop hardening.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience packaging, updating and deploying Win32 and MSIX applications in Microsoft Intune environments
• Strong hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune
• Experience supporting Windows 11 devices in hybrid and cloud-managed environments
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • Windows Autopilot
  • SCCM / MECM
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Active Directory
  • DNS and DHCP
  • Always-On VPNIntune management of supervised Apple iOS devices and mobile applications
  • SCCM to Intune migration and modern management transformation projects
  • Experience with Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Knowledge of application control technologies such as WDAC and AirLock
