We're partnering with a leading technology organisation seeking an experienced Product Delivery Associate to help drive the successful delivery of complex software products and platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of product management, engineering and delivery, supporting teams responsible for building technology that delivers meaningful customer outcomes in a highly technical environment. You'll work closely with product leaders, engineers, architects and business stakeholders to align priorities, manage delivery dependencies and ensure teams remain focused on high-value outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
• Manage dependencies, risks and delivery issues across complex initiatives
• Improve delivery transparency, workflow efficiency and predictability
• Partner with Product and Solution Management on priorities and roadmap planning
• Ensure teams focus on the highest-value customer and business outcomes
• Balance customer needs, technical constraints and delivery realities
• Build strong relationships across product, engineering and business teams
• Facilitate alignment between strategic objectives and execution activities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across delivery practices
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and ownership

What you need to bring

• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
• Manage dependencies, risks and delivery issues across complex initiatives
• Improve delivery transparency, workflow efficiency and predictability

• Ensure teams focus on the highest-value customer and business outcomes

Bonus points for

• Experience in mining technology, industrial software or operational technology environments
• Understanding of mining operations, workflows or technology platforms
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams
• Background as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Program Manager, Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Experience working within scaled Agile delivery environments

• This role will require the successful candidate to work on site in Brisbane full-time 5 days per week.
