Senior Vendor Analyst

We're partnering with a large and complex organisation seeking a Senior Technology Vendor Management Analyst to support initiatives across technology governance, supplier performance, contract management, operational resilience, and technology risk.

This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology and commercial management, helping the business gain greater visibility of vendor relationships, support arrangements, contract commitments, and technology lifecycle risks.

Working closely with technology, cyber security, procurement, finance, and external suppliers, you'll play a key role in ensuring critical technology services are appropriately governed, supported, and positioned to meet evolving business and risk requirements.

The Opportunity You'll work across a broad range of vendor and technology management activities, including:

• Supporting the management and governance of key technology suppliers and support partners.
• Monitoring vendor obligations, support arrangements, contract milestones, and renewal activities.
• Analysing technology assets, contracts, supplier performance, and commercial data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinating activities associated with technology lifecycle management, supportability reviews, and remediation initiatives.
• Contributing to technology risk reduction and cyber security uplift programs.
• Developing reporting, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making and investment planning.
• Assisting with procurement activities, financial governance, and vendor performance oversight.

About You We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a solid understanding of technology environments.
You will ideally bring:

• Experience in IT vendor management, supplier management, contract governance, procurement, technology asset management, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of technology contracts, software licensing, maintenance agreements, and vendor governance practices. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities from complex datasets. 
• Confidence engaging with technical teams, commercial stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, or similar governance and reporting platforms.
