The Role:
Contract Duration: 12 Months + extensions
Location: Brisbane CBD OR Bibra Lake OR Burnie
Hybrid - Work From Home 2 days
Rates: $80-$85 p/h inc super (negotiable)
The Responsibilities:
Manage moderate to complex projects with research and development focus, under limited supervision.
Lead project facilitation, including chartering sessions and network diagram validation.
Coordinate with Program Managers on control meetings, schedule updates, and compression sessions.
Strong knowledge of program and project management tools and processes.
Maintain issue logs, risk registers, scope changes, and cost tracking.
Create and analyse detailed schedules; resolve issues and suggest improvements.
Lead planning meetings independently, ensuring project alignment.
Mentor teams on project management practices and software.
Provide status updates and support governance reviews.
Key Selection Criteria:
5+ years experience in IT Project Coordination.
Proven experience in coordinating teams and clients.
Proven succes in large & distributed corporate settings while working with all levels of management.
