Essential criteria 1. 1-2 years' experience within Salesforce eco-system
2.Certified Salesforce Admin.
3.Enthusiasm towards continued learning and development.
4.Strong customer-focused attitude with proven track record of responsive, effective. communication, and the ability to empathise with and prioritise customer needs.
5.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly explanations and solutions.
6.Demonstrable strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, patience, and an understanding of how their role impacts the overall customer experience is essential.
