ServiceNow Developer & Admin

Clicks IT Recruitment is working with a Queensland Government Department on the hunt for a ServiceNow Developer!

In this role, you will support and enhance ServiceNow, managing BAU tasks while developing new workflows, forms, and work apps to meet evolving business needs. You'll work alongside a team responsible for ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Apps, contributing to the department's roadmap for expanding ServiceNow capabilities.

The Role:

• Located in Brisbane, CBD.
• AO6 Salary.
• Hybrid - Work from home 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsbilities:

• Expand and enhance ServiceNow capabilities within the department
• Manage and support ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Power Apps
• Perform BAU administrative tasks related to ServiceNow
• Develop and implement new business requirements, including workflows, forms, and work apps
• Support ongoing ServiceNow enhancements and improvements based on business needs
• Contribute to the department's roadmap for extending ServiceNow functionality
• Build and maintain ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Support design, integration, and automation of ServiceNow features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy solutions.
