Agile Senior Project Manager - Full-Time, 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Sydney CBD | Hybrid Work Model

The Role
As an Agile Senior Project Manager, you'll lead and manage key projects to implement new systems and process improvements. Collaborating with Program Managers, Project Owners, and SMEs, you'll ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile project delivery and ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups).
• Manage project budgets of up to $5M.
• Conduct change impact assessments and support change management activities.
• Share best practices and improve project delivery frameworks.

About You

• 8+ years of project delivery experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Evidence of long term tenure in perm, FTC or contract roles
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Experience with large-scale, complex projects and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Office365 (SAFe and Agile certifications are a plus).
