Are you an experienced Salesforce Test Manager looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting 12 months FTC role based in Sydney, offering a start date of Mon 24/03/2025. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shadow our current Salesforce Test Manager for a week before they take extended medical leave on Mon 31/03/2025. This is a fantastic chance to step into a key role within our organization, covering a minimum of 12 months, possibly extending to 18 months.

About the Role: You will be responsible for overseeing Business as Usual (BAU) activities, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our Salesforce implementation. Working within a 100% SAFe Agile team, you will:

• Manage integration and web testing efforts.
• Utilize Atlassian JIRA for tracking and managing test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable testing solutions.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• 5+ years of Test Management experience.
• 3+ years of Agile experience (SAFe methodology preferred).
• 3+ years of Integration Testing experience.
• 2+ years of Web Testing experience.
• Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Consultant).
• Data Migration Testing experience.
• Atlassian Confluence experience.
• Experience in Higher Education sector.
• Familiarity with Optimizely.
