At least 1 year experience of project management, including experience managing multiple parallel programs or projects.
Extensive experience of IT service management, service delivery and ITIL processes (service desk management, SLA management, incident management, problem management, change management, critical incident escalation management)
Experience building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Windows 10/11 desktop and Windows Server environments
Microsoft 365 suite (including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) Entra Active Directory administration
Intune administration, including application packaging
Exchange online
LAN nfrastructure, including internet connectivity, firewalls/routers, switches, wireless access points etc.
Workstation technology, including multiple monitors, laptop docking stations
Meeting room AV technology
Secure printing technology
Ability to keep pace with changing technologies.
Ability to deliver technology components within a wider construction schedule.
Prior experience implementing technology at remote locations.
Strong people skills, with an emphasis on the ability to effectively influence others.
Excellent interpersonal skills, consistently demonstrated via all engagement channels; phone, chat, email and face to face
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business information systems (IS), computer science, or related field, or equivalent related IT experience.
