This role sits within a large Federal Government agency and combines data analytics, reporting and finance systems.
You’ll source and transform data, build reports and turn complex information into something stakeholders can use. The team needs strong SAS and SQL skills, along with experience in Power BI or other BI platforms.
SAP Public Sector Collections & Disbursements experience would be useful. Snowflake exposure is also highly regarded.
You’ll need to be able to obtain Baseline security clearance. The initial contract is 12 months, with two further 12-month extension options.

If infrastructure automation is your area, this role is part of a large technology modernisation program.
You’ll develop and maintain Puppet code, automate server configuration and support the uplift of large enterprise infrastructure environments.
The team is looking for strong Puppet experience alongside Linux systems administration. Experience with configuration management, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps and CI/CD will also be important.

CRM Systems Administrator | $105,000-$110,000 + 17% super
Permanent | North Sydney | Hybrid
This role is for someone who wants to move beyond day-to-day CRM support and get involved in how an enterprise platform develops over time.
You’ll administer the CRM environment, manage access and permissions, troubleshoot issues and support upgrades and releases. You’ll also work with Power Platform applications, workflows, integrations and data governance.
The current environment uses Microsoft Dynamics 365, but experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM or another enterprise CRM is also relevant.
It’s a permanent role with hybrid working and exposure to Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate and emerging AI capabilities.

Cyber Security Architect | $1,400 per day

This one is aimed at senior cyber security professionals with experience across operational technology and critical infrastructure.
You’ll lead a strategic security review covering architecture, controls, threat modelling and risk. A major part of the work involves OT and Industrial Control System environments.
The role requires strong security architecture experience and an understanding of IT/OT interfaces, network segmentation and trust boundaries. Experience with frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, Essential Eight or MITRE ATT&CK for ICS will be useful.
The team is looking for someone with around 10 years or more in cyber security, security architecture or enterprise architecture.

Transport Software Support Specialist | $85,000

This isn’t a standard helpdesk role.
You’ll support a SaaS platform used for fleet maintenance, servicing, NHVR compliance and asset management. That means solving software and data issues while also understanding what is happening operationally for the customer.
The work covers Zendesk support, customer onboarding, data imports, bug investigation and working with developers to resolve system issues.
Experience in transport, fleet operations, workshops or dealerships is particularly relevant. SaaS support, Excel, APIs and webhooks would also help.
It could suit someone with transport industry experience who wants to move further into technology, or an application support specialist who already understands fleet environments.
