Our University client has an immediate need within the Portfolio team to fill 2 roles; one for a Portfolio Officer and another for a Program Co-ordinator. Both as day/rate contractors full-time for an initial 6 month period and then to be reviewed.
The Portfolio Officer role is required to support the core PMO function across the IS Capital portfolio, also with the opportunity to perform some project coordination work.
The Program Coordinator role will support their Lifecycle & Technology Enablement program (comprising multiple technology refresh projects).
Starting immediately, core skills required are;
Innovative, proactive and adaptable with prior experience in working in PMOs
experienced and understanding of project frameworks and governance
experienced in project accounting including procurement and invoicing
experience supporting multiple streams of work concurrently.
demonstrated experience with MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams
prior experience with project management and monitoring tools (PPM); prior experience with EPM/Project Server
Communication and written skills
demonstrated experience with SharePoint and Jira (desirable)
