Clicks IT recruitment is working with a well-established organisation in the public service sector. Currently they are looking for a Business Analyst - (OCM) Organisational Change Management to assist the Change Lead, Organisational Change Manager and Communications Lead in delivering effective organisational change strategies and facilitate the delivery of a newly developed Operating Model.
As the Business Analyst for Change and Engagement, you will be responsible delivering the operating model, which is a key component of achieving the Program's goal and objectives. Specifically, you will:
Work with project stakeholders to identify areas of change and impacts of change resulting from the introduction of a new operating model
Facilitate workshops and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Work with stakeholders to implement the new operating model including guidance on updating procedures.
Determine and document business processes, business rules and requirements specifications to capture business and system and service management requirements.
Skill set required:
Must be able to achieve and maintain an Australian Government National Security Clearance as the required level.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst undertaking:
information gathering and analysis
documenting requirements
documenting test plans and procedures
Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, with strong time management and organisational skills, and manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations to deliver required outcomes.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation/facilitation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, building positive, ongoing relationships
