In the role of Principal Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and proactively consulting with representatives in the identification, analysis and documentation of business processes and requirements related to the development, and implementation of the Solution Compliance and Optimisation Work Program.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis of business, user and system variations to current processes and practices being performed in the Health Services.
Develop high quality documentation for all stakeholder groups and provide advice on the application of new/changed processes.
Lead and consult with business representatives across the state to gather relevant data to inform process changes, training and development programs and system configurations to meet the needs of stakeholders.
Provide specialist strategic and operational advice on business and solution processes, using experience and knowledge of the business and SAP payroll solution.
Provide advice with the development and implementation of program and project plans and subsidiary plans.
Undertake risk and issues identification and provide advice regarding implementation of program and project plans.
Key Selection Criteria:
Strong experience with SAP payroll, within a 24x7 complex environment would be highly desirable.
Proven experience in researching, analysing and documenting business requirement specifications, documenting software requirement specifications and using Use Case methodology.
Proven experience in drawing business process models including 'as is' and 'to be'.
Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex environment.
Proven ability to manage a large workload whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
While not mandatory a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
