My client has an immediate need for a Data Analyst to work across automating analytics and designing dashboards for Behavioural/people data.
This will be a short term vacnacy short term vacancy of around 2-3 months. My client is open to part-time and full time as the role will task-based. As they require baseline security clearnance for this role, applcants need to have Australian Citizwnship. Thye are open to a full WFH set up with their iffice loaction based in Lucas Heights. The rate on offer will be dependant on your level of experience.
This will work across the development of intuitive dashboards to deliver meaningful insights from data, automation of data processing to support internal survey and audit delivery in the mental health/safety space.
Automation of data analysis
Experience with HR data/behavioural/survey data
Design thinking approach to data visualisation. Fancy data isn't worth anything if it can't be meaningfully and easily understood and put to work.
Patience with non-technical people
A can-do attitude - sometimes we have to deliver what we can with the tools that we currently have available
Scope development - Help non-technical SME's to understand what they actually want from the data, and deliver tools that work intuitively
Deliver Analytics Tools/Dashboards that support the Psychosocial Risk Committee. The Psychosocial risk committee overlays available employee data sources (multiple surveys, leave, Support services uptake) to detect and map risk and enable early intervention.
Refine and overlay different sources of data and develop methodologies for combining data to identify risk (Power BI)
Create risk map using data (Power BI)
Refining data inputs to detect and trend emerging risk (with view to building future predictive capability)
Support Diversity and Inclusion Program
Build an automated analysis tool for the D&I survey
Build a results dashboard which can be used by general staff to understand the survey feedback and results
Build a results dashboard for SMEs which can compare performance across areas of the business and aid them knowing who needs assistance, and with what.
Refine and streamline existing dashboards
Improve speed and efficiency of existing dashboards
Improve data presentation of existing dashboards
Rework some existing survey dashboards into a version of SMEs which allows for mapping and comparison across areas.
