Evaluate and assist in the design and implementation of infrastructure and cloud solutions.
Provide schedule-based delivery to support the current pipeline of projects to design, build and implement solutions to effectively map and manage the business outcomes and understand business continuity requirements, plan, and build solutions to support that.
Provide input into the planning of future infrastructure requirements.
Performing in depth analysis of varying issues and root cause analysis.
Manage the deployment of builds for all our customers through automation.
Involvement in the end-to-end process, from design through to development and support, delivering to agreed timeframes.
Provide hands on guidance through ongoing support and maintenance of Linux and related products.
To be successful:
Knowledge and experience of programming in one or more of the following languages:
C,
C++,
Java script,
Python,
Go, Ruby.
PowerShell (or ksh, csh, bash)
HTML, APIs
Knowledge and experience in one or many technologies platforms
Unix/Linux (AIX/SOLARIS/RHEL)
WebSphere, Message Queue, IIS, HIS, Message broker/IIB, web methods,
Kafka, RabbitMQ
Cloud, hybrid cloud and On-Prem cloud compute
Storage and Big data platforms
Nginx, Nodejs, Angular, HAP Roxy, Ansible or similar technologies
Knowledge of a 3 tier or above application landscape.
