We have a permanent role with a QLD Government client for a MS Dynamics CRM Project Officer.
You'll be responsible for the design, development and delivery of a custom MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that will be initially internally facing but potentially externally as well.
We are looking for someone proficient in MS Dynamics 365 CRM, MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and have the ability to use data from a variety of database sources including Oracle, SQL and GIS.
With guidance from the Spatial Services and Business Improvement team you will lead activities across the project life cycle including internal stakeholder engagement, business analysis, functional design, software development, user acceptance testing, roll out and training.
Role Requirements
Prior experience in software development and familiarity with the following are highly desirable:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamental
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
Microsoft Power Platform App Maker
Relevant qualification and/or certification in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile etc.) experience in supporting or managing IT contracts for government clients
