The Role:
Monitor, assess, manage, and troubleshoot client networks, servers, software, hardware from commercial to corporate networks to large global enterprise environments.
Manage an existing Azure/AWS/Windows Enterprise environment. AD Users/Sites/Services/Replication/AzureAD
Identify and provide stakeholders improvement to systems, environments, and processes.
Systems trouble shooting, deployment of systems, servers and server software.
Provide incident acceptance, qualification/diagnosis, incident restore, incident escalation, problem discovery and investigation, knowledge creation, request fulfilment, release implementation, and change implementation.
Formulate technical and strategic action plans for solid end-to-end client satisfaction regarding technical concerns, issues and problems related to Managed Services.
Gather information regarding cases and work to resolve issues independently but know when to escalate for assistance to gain experience leveraging monitoring and debugging tools to analyse problems and identify solutions.
Your Background:
Min 4 years experience in a similar role. MSP experience a distinct advantage.
The ability to provide high-quality technical support to clients at all levels, speaking with a confident level of technical understanding, resolving technical problems, and helping to proactively prevent new issues.
Strong technical capabilities in O365 applications, M365, virtualisation technologies and understanding of basic T-SQL commands and usage etc.
A good understanding of Network concepts and operation, including the ability to configure, deploy and manage distribution and endpoint switches under network administrator guidance.
The ability to work under an ITIL like/based framework
A strong worth ethic, pro-activeness and the ability to understand the commercial and technical impacts and the ability to arrive at the best course of action.
