Due to increased and sustained growth, they are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join the company and take charge of a portfolio of clients.
This role reports into the General Manager and will be based in the CBD fringe.
Responsibilities:
Act as the focal point for managing customer issues and escalations including critical incidents
Assist with the development of plans and to oversee implementation of customer projects/operational requirements
Produce, review, and deliver reporting for the assigned client portfolio
Maintain issue and risk registers
Perform and maintain continuous improvement activities
Identify and document potential opportunities, and with ownership, drive through to successful implementation
Key Selection Criteria:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer facing IT service delivery role, with experience within an MSP environment highly regarded
The ability to comfortably discuss technology with clients predominately within the areas of Security and Office 365.
Ability to identify customer requirements & opportunities
Technical capability to identify and implement steps to mitigate technical risks
Relevant industry certifications would be highly desirable, such as Microsoft and Cisco.
