The role will report directly in to the COO in this growing financial services organisation. This is a Business Analyst role, where you will be initially working on the roll out of a new workflow for mortgage cycle, settlements and recovery platform.
This role will work with business stakeholders and clients of the firm to determine and document business requirements and develop systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity. The role will identify and assist in refining the firm's IT requirements through analysis and requirements gathering. There will be some hands-on technical duties as and when required e.g., document automation coding, workflow building, system admin and system support. Collaboration with other members of the IT team to share knowledge will be key to building relationships and facilitating a positive working environment.

Location: Sydney CBD
Experience working with MS Visio for business process modelling and improvement.
Experience liaising with software vendors and other 3rd parties on project engagements and operational support.
Strong experience with Change Management activities (communication, training, business readiness)
Good understanding of APIs and their configurations.
Some experience with process automation and analysing potential processes to be automated.
Financial Services background, ideally mortgages
