Full-time Permanent Sutherland Shire (4 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
System Integration: Design, implement, and manage the integration between IT and OT systems, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
Network Management: Design, configure, and maintain networks that support both IT and OT systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
Active Directory Management: Oversee user access, permissions, and authentication processes across IT and OT systems using Active Directory.
Virtualization with VMware: Optimize resource utilization, manage virtual environments, and ensure high availability of critical systems using VMware.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime for all critical systems.
Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce security policies to protect both IT and OT environments from cyber threats, including vulnerability management and incident response.
Compliance: Ensure that all systems comply with industry regulations and standards, including IT and OT security protocols.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, engineers, and operations staff, to support business operations and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Active Directory management, VMware virtualization, and cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence, industrial control systems, and SCADA.
Experience in systems design and management, particularly in environments that require high security and reliability.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards for IT and OT systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, VMware, Microsoft) are a plus.
