Integration Architect

Clicks IT Recruitment is working with a Queensland Government department.

In this role, you will provide expert advice and technical leadership in the integration of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing integration strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, and optimising system effectiveness.

The Role:

• 7-month contract + extensions
• Brisbane CBD location
• Rates up to $1,260 p/d inc. super

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-level and low-level integration designs across SAP HCM, ERP, and cloud-based platforms.
• Ensure alignment with Queensland Government Architectural Policies and Principles.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
• Assess and enhance the effectiveness of SAP integration solutions, recommending improvements as required.
• Lead SAP solution updates and upgrades in line with vendor maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical leadership on integration, web services, and microservice architectures.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to develop end-to-end integration solutions.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience in SAP ERP integration, particularly SAP Payroll and SAP Fi/Co.
• Strong background in integration architecture using SAP Cloud Integration, SAP PI/PO, or equivalent platforms.
• Expertise in designing and configuring large-scale SAP ERP solutions, with proficiency in architecture documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience integrating disparate systems and ensuring seamless data exchange.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to optimise existing and future-state technology solutions.
