The Role As the Project Manager you will engage customers to ensure they are ready from a business which will include change and communications as well as the technical perspective to be migrated onto Office 365 Email service. You will be required to represent the project to the senior stakeholders in the customer sites and will coordinate with Technical support teams and the Vendor.
Responsibilities
Ensure that the customer is aware of the change and its implications
Ensure that the customer's technical environment is ready (network & desktop) to consume Office 365 Email.
Work with communications teams to ensure that the project is communicated within the customer sites.
Manage and coordinate resources to migrate and support the customer.
Monitor performance and adherence to the Project Schedule.
Flag any customer related risks and issues to the Project Manager.
Your Experience
You will be an experienced Project Manager in Office 365 email
Previous implementation readiness experience
Knowledge of network and desktop requirements
Extensive experience in managing medium to large and/or complex technical projects
Experience with change management activities including working with Communications team
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
Previous experience in leading an Agile Project in a typically Waterfall organisation
