We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to deliver various elements of technology that will increase future prospects for the youth of NSW.
This is a contract initially for 6 - 12 months, with potential for long term extension
Responsibilities
Support multiple Project Managers that have been assigned groups of locations
Monitor, track and report on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, cost, risk and quality metrics are in line with approved project plans for assigned projects
Maintain register of compliance with endorsed project management methodology, change management processes and other relevant organisational policies for audit purposes
Contribute to the development of project artefacts under the guidance of a Project Manager
Assist with financial transactional activities, including purchasing, invoice processing, and ensure adherence to policies and processes
Proactively identify opportunities to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness across the team
Establish and maintain filing and records management systems, including registers and databases; create and maintain digital records
Providing consistent, high quality support to a group of three Project Managers
Ensuring that reporting requirements of the ICT project are met
Maintaining effective and responsive front line communications for all aspects of the project
Requirements
Reliable, self-motivated individual that actively takes the initiative with an ability to work autonomously
ICT Experience
Effective problem solver with a mix of analytical and creative thinking
Experience creating high quality project and program artefacts, within emerging or existing frameworks
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with SAP or equivalent financial system
Experience with Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Sharepoint environments
