Role Overview:


  • The successful candidate will report into the Manager of Enterprise Data and Analytics and lead the day-to-day delivery of prioritised data and analytics use cases.
  • The candidate will be allocated at 60% as Scrum Master for a Reporting Enablement sub stream within a broader program of work.
  • The candidate with be allocated at 40% as Scrum Master for other prioritised data and analytics use cases to be delivered by the Enterprise Data & Analytics Team.

    • Responsibilities:


  • Plan and lead the delivery of prioritised analytics initiatives with an agile first / hybrid delivery framework.
  • Track delivery progress against design, development, testing and release phases, managing timelines and mitigating risks and blockers.
  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Act as a key contact between the technical delivery team and business stakeholders, facilitating collaboration between the two.
  • Manage project / sub stream financials and project status reports.

    • Background Experience:


  • Significant knowledge of the data delivery life cycle and agile project delivery principles.
  • Demonstrated conceptual knowledge of a modern data stack with experience in technical delivery management.
  • Specific experience working on large data programs would be highly desirable.
  • Highly advanced facilitation, workshop, and communication skills with demonstrated experience in leading agile ceremonies.
