This NFP based in Melbourne is looking for a temp to support the carelink+ client management system they use.
The System Support Specialist is the principal support person for end users and the business systems including Client Management systems. The role is responsible for ensuring supported systems operate in a high availability and error free environment, queries or issues are captured, validated and resolved or escalated to the vendor when appropriate.
Primarily providing level 2 and 3 service support, there will be a need liaise directly with vendors in relation to system changes, upgrades and manage issue and own the escalation process for issues of greater magnitude or where higher-level skill sets or partners to the business are required.
The System Support Specialist will proactively work to improve the use of supported systems, processes and procedures through analysis, reviews and reporting as well as through automation, competence building, user training, testing system upgrades and new functions, knowledge sharing and issue and change management.
