Video Conferencing & Audio Visual Support Officer | 6 months contract | Western Sydney
My client is currently looking for multiple Video Conferencing and AV Support Officer. The role is in Western Sydney and is initially 6 months contract. The officer will be responsible for providing support to the Video Conferencing and Audio Visual assistance to internal users ensuring that there is a high quality video, audio and conferencing services to stakeholders.
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years' experience in providing VC and AV support in a commercial environment
Ability to provide support to end users and develop resolution to technical Video Conferencing and Audio Visual issues
Extensive knowledge of Video Conference and Audio Visual equipment
Previous experience in supporting CISCO and Polycom Video or similar products will be highly regarded
Must be able to assist with equipment installations, configuration, moves or changes
