Opportunity to join one of the largest IT transformation programs in the Southern Hemisphere as a Business Analyst focusing on security. This role is based in Sydney Olympic Park 5 days per week and will initially run through until April 2023.
The Business Analyst with strong background in Cyber Security will be responsible for analysis, requirements gathering, selection, development and delivery of integrated solutions for large and complex programs and projects and ensuring that Cyber security requirements are captured. This role will need to identify the security and classification of information within the systems, document the security controls between the existing systems and the new COTS package and also map controls against the federal government ISMS and identify if there's any gaps.
Skills and experience required:
Advanced stakeholder and SMEs engagement skills with demonstrated experience in analysing problems, conducting gap analysis, identifying root cause and transforming requirements into technical documentation.
Experience in mapping data and integrations to ISM information classification model.
Experience in mapping security models across current and target state systems within a core platform transformation and or migration program.
Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders / SMEs to capture information required for the creation of complex security models.
Document security and or other requirements for interfaces including interim and target state architecture.
Work with business stakeholders to identify data security required to support current and target state business processes.
Experience in analysing business / technical problems, conducting gap analysis and identifying root cause.
Demonstrated organisational, time management and prioritising skills.
Demonstrated superior communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Highly developed computer literacy, particularly in the area of business productivity products - Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
Experience with roles and role definitions and data classification
