The primary focus is on support of Mobile devices and applications (Level 2 support) troubleshooting issues with devices & applications working within ITIL practices, and also the analyst role, working closely with the project lead on gathering user requirements, documentation, technical tasks to assist with the delivery of new mobile apps.
The candidate requires the ability to be flexible with working styles, the mobility team are a small team so we can share roles often from support, testing, speaking to end-users, project delivery etc.
Providing assistance to the IT Mobility Senior Mobile Developer, with a view to growing development skills and increasing involvement in development responsibilities over time.
Providing support and assistance to the IT Mobility Project Lead, assisting with business analysis and technical tasks as required to ensure successful delivery of mobility solutions.
Liaising with application vendors to progress fault resolution and enhancement development.
Liaising with internal groups to progress fault resolution and enhancement development.
Using knowledge of ITIL processes to bring the Mobility area into the best in class IT Service Delivery
