This opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiter who is currently a primary carer, or looking to return to the workforce. Truth time: if you don't have a decent amount of hands-on recruitment experience, you're not going to have the industry knowledge to allow you to excel in this role.
Clicks is a top 5 Australian specialist IT recruiter. We are part of the $4.5B global Outsourcing group, and we hands-down have the best marketing team in the industry. Our team is bursting at the seams with projects, so we have an opportunity for someone who a) knows recruitment, preferably IT, and b) enjoys writing and is good at it.
You would start out by writing a couple of blogs a week, either from home or in our penthouse CBD office (we have a DOG). The blogs will be a mix of employer and job-seeker focused. We can help you with subject ideas, or you may have a thousand of them already bursting out of your head.
Because this is a new role at Clicks, your future could go in pretty much any direction. You could stay as is, take on more writing (there is literally a never-ending stream of writing tasks), or you might want to get back into hands-on recruitment if your caring responsibilities change at home. We're happy to support whatever goals you have.
Culture and team fit are super important to us. Clicksters are a family: we support and help each other, and celebrate each other's successes, and we never stop learning and trying new things.
