The Role
You will provide L2/3 support and assist in the delivery of projects to a range of clients' Microsoft environments.
Duties are highlighted below:
Support and maintain the M365 suite of products (AzureAD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
Support and maintain cloud platforms, primarily MS Azure
Support on-prem infrastructure solutions across the compute, network and storage layers
Assist with the delivery project tasks.

Your Profile
You should possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to deliver first-class customer service. Additionally, strong troubleshooting abilities are essential. While experience in a similar role is preferred, technical expertise in the following areas is highly desirable:
MS Azure
Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune)
Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Networking (VPN, firewalls, routing, switching)
Windows Server knowledge
DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
