You will work within the Health Information Systems Business and serve as the technical product expert in the assigned region, providing leadership in configuration advice, specifications, and the selection and appropriate customisation of deployment options. Provide technical solution support for sales activities supporting new and existing customers including excellent presentation and technical documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our healthcare software products, including features, functionality, and technical aspects.
Respond to Technical Inquiries: Provide timely and customer-focused responses to technical portions of tenders, RFPs, and customer information requests. Coordinate and manage customers security review requests with support from the global team.
Solution Design: Design customised solutions that address specific customer requirements and enhance healthcare work flows. Develop and maintain supporting documentation for projects.
Proposal Development: Work closely with sales representatives to create compelling proposals that highlight the technical benefits of our solutions.
Problem-Solving: Analyse complex technical problems and propose effective solutions, considering factors such as scalability, integration, security, and compliance.
Provide support to internal stakeholders: Act as a subject matter expert for all client facing applications, supporting sales and marketing efforts.
Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients and vendors by effectively communicating technical details and demonstrating the value of our solutions.
Candidate's MUST have the following:
HL7 and knowledge of working on EMR systems/ healthcare software.
Proven experience as a Technical Sales Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare software industry.
Strong technical background with knowledge of healthcare software solutions and implementation processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as needed.
