This leading Government Authority located in Melbourne's CBD is seeking a IT Trainer to start on an initial 6 month contract. This IT Trainer will support the team in a AMIS Project that will deliver an organisation wide, strategic solution for built asset management.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the role will be responsible for the design, development, delivery and assessment of relevant learning programs to ensure business objectives of the AMIS project are supported.
You will help Develop and deliver the Asset Management training program by applying instructional design principles and educational practices to design and develop high quality, effective learning solutions.
You will identify and create training materials to drive faster user adoption, greater utilisation and higher proficiency of AMIS.
You will ensure relevant training materials are kept current and assist with regular reviews and audits of these materials.
You will develop, in consultation with stakeholder representatives, training schedules for the program.
You will consult and provide internal stakeholders with timely and accurate advice and support on training and competency development and related matters.
You will have previous extensive experience working as a IT Trainer
You will demonstrated experience with end to end delivery of AMIS projects, having solid experience using ESRI or Maximo
You will have strong knowledge and experience with Agile Methodologies
You will have experience working on complex projects, displaying strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels
