Clicks IT Recruitment is currently working with a large government organisation who are based in the Brisbane CBD.
Currently they in the process of implementing an enterprise wide SAP Solution and how require a Learning and Training Officer to join their team.
The focus of this role will be to enhance the capability of the workforce, and provide face to face and eLearning training.
Coordinate and contribute to the established learning and knowledge management framework and associated business and system practices.
Coordinate the re/design and development of eLearning course structure, content, training manuals and methods of presentation.
Actively contribute to the Learning and Knowledge Management team's initiatives through the creation, maintenance and transition of existing end user documentation, eLearning, training and support materials.
Educate, consult and provide advice to corporate technology services and associated stakeholders on learning and knowledge management tools and applicability.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in coordinating the design and development of eLearning and knowledge management content and artefacts, processes and activities
Demonstrated ability in the development, implementation and evaluation of learning management resources
Demonstrated high standard of written communication skills
Proven ability to proactively facilitate, consult and communicate with various levels within the organisation to support the delivery of targeted outcomes
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
On offer is an initial 3 month contract - ending June 2020, with the view to extend beyond.
