Our client is a progressive, well trusted Managed Service Provider who believe in providing their clients with intelligent, cost-effective solutions. The team has been together for over 10 years providing solutions, solving issues and servicing clients with a personal touch. Due to internal movement a need has arisen for a technically strong, customer-focused Level 3 Systems Engineer to join a friendly and supportive team.
Your main duties will include:
Managing client systems making sure they are maintained in the best state possible to meet business needs.
Prioritizing, managing and resolving IT support tickets.
Migration of Servers, legacy systems and applications through Cloud.
Being the point of technical escalation for service desk team.
Scope, develop and deliver projects.
Research and implement new technologies.
Coming from a strong Senior Systems Engineer background with a minimum of 4 years experience, you will possess extensive hands-on experience in the following technologies:
Windows Server with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS and Group Policy.
Windows Workstations/PC
Office 365 Deployment, migration and administration. Experience working within Cloud is essential.
Hyper V, VMWare, AWS and Azure
Managed Service Provider background preferred but not essential.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate/Expert (MCSA/E) desirable.
Azure or Office 365 Certification desirable.
