Sydney CBD; 3 days on site; 2 days WFH.
Initial 12 months FTC; move to perm role after 12 months.
$165K base - $175K base + super + NFP component (+$7K - $8K)

About the Role
As a Scrum Master, you'll play a critical role in delivering system, data, security, and process changes to support key initiatives. You'll guide agile teams to successfully implement new systems and improvements across multiple work streams, ensuring desired business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage agile teams to deliver software solutions that solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate across departments to implement system changes and bring projects to life.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to drive project success.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of agile processes and team outcomes.
Focus Areas
Your work will support our Customer Experience (CX) program across the following initiatives:
Client On-boarding & Workforce Management Work stream
- Re-imagine customer on-boarding for a unified customer journey.
- Drive improvements in digital and private client self-service on-boarding.
- Streamline client on-boarding for bank details and support worker selection.
- Accelerate care planning with enhanced plan updates.
Service Delivery Excellence Work-stream
- Enhance client communication through multi-channel approaches, including family communication and chatbots.
About You
- Bachelor's qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in project delivery, including 5+ years of experience using Agile methods as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Extensive experience organising and facilitating sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Agile experience gained in large-scale, complex client environments across various industries.
- Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to facilitate backlog grooming, planning sessions, and guide teams through their Agile journey.
