Clicks IT Recruitment is proud to be working with a large, Queensland based public sector organisation that is on the hunt for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in the Ipswich CBD!
The Role:
Long term 18 month contract!
MUST be Ipswich or Brisbane based - will be required to be on-site 3 days a week.
Daily rates of $850-$950 per day.
In this role, you will focus on Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR systems. You will gather business requirements, document high-level as-is and to-be processes, and assist with the procurement process. As a key team member, you will help implement the chosen solution and lead stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the validation and documentation of Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR requirements and business scenarios.
Documenting high-level as-is and to-be processes (up to process level 2) for Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR.
Assisting with the procurement of a new Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR system.
Identifying and facilitating process design changes through complex business and systems process analysis and design.
Assisting with aligning the chosen Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR solutions with existing systems.
Understanding and negotiating the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
Supporting the transition from existing Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR systems to new systems and helping to establish a positive change.
Supporting solution implementation phases, including configuration, testing, data mapping/migration, cut-over, and post-launch activities.
Identifying and managing issues, risks, and benefits throughout the project duration.
Performing other duties within the scope of your skills, training, and competency as directed by the supervisor.
