Change Analyst

My client is looking for a talented Change Analyst with experience delivering technology?driven change and navigating complex stakeholder environments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, supportive Enterprise Change team and play a key role in the final phase of a major M365 program.

About the Role

You'll be supporting the migration of SharePoint from on?prem to the cloud as part of an established transformation. The project includes standard lift?and?shift work as well as highly complex business-critical sites across 39 locations.

You'll work closely with the Program Change Lead and broader change and technical teams to ensure impacted groups are informed, engaged, and ready. This is a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is valued, and everyone is willing to jump in and help.

What You'll Be Working On

• Supporting the change effort for the migration of SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint Online
• Delivering change across complex and critical sites
• Working with a large, mature Enterprise Change Practice
• Partnering with a variety of stakeholders, including high-touch and sensitive groups
• Ensuring readiness, communication, and adoption of new processes and platforms

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Change Analyst within technology projects
• Background in SharePoint or on-prem to cloud migration (highly desirable)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• A can-do attitude and practical understanding of how change impacts business outcomes
• Not required to be deeply technical, but must understand digital transformation concepts
